Kelayakan

  • Qualification: MIA, ACCA or equivalent
  • Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
  • Proven track record in financial management, including cash flow management and financial reporting.
  • Strong understanding of local regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Resourceful and hands-on
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in setting and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience in the insurance sector is a plus.
  • Min 5 Years in accounting or equivalent.
  • Skills Required: Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Accounting Principles.

Tanggungjawab

  • Oversee and manage the Account, Admin, HR, and Operation functions.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Manage cash flow effectively, including timing of invoicing, collection payments, and procurement to ensure liquidity.
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and tax laws.
  • Coordinate client (insured) and principal (insurer) management, ensuring accurate insurance premium charges and collection management.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across admin, HR, and financial processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support business development and operational needs
