• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Manage attendance, leave tracking, and support payroll processing.
• Coordinate performance appraisal processes and training activities.
• Handle employee queries, engagement initiatives, and HR documentation.
• Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Assist in Payroll preparation, statutory contribution, taxes and other related matters to wages.
• Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management.
• Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and service providers.
• Handle travel arrangements, event coordination, and logistics.
• Maintain records related to office assets, bills, and petty cash.
• Support in organizing meetings, preparing minutes, and filing systems.
• Other ad-hoc tasks
