- Minimum qualification: SPM/Diploma

Tanggungjawab
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Recommend improvements to customer service processes and tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
