Kelayakan
- Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of international trade terms, shipping logistics, and business fundamentals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A strong team player with excellent time management skills, discipline, and punctuality.
Tanggungjawab
- Manage sales inquiries by analyzing product types, order volumes, and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with the purchasing team to prepare accurate quotations tailored to customer requirements and expectations.
- Lead negotiations to finalize sales contract terms and conditions.
- Oversee the complete Customer Purchase Order (PO) process, including order processing, shipment tracking, and ensuring timely delivery, while keeping customers informed with regular shipment status updates.
- Manage customer accounts by promptly following up on new orders, introducing new products to drive demand, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop new customer relationships through various engagement channels and initiatives.
