Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related field
- Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing (beauty industry experience is a plus)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and local digital trends
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or others)
- Creative flair and storytelling skills with strong visual and copywriting instincts
- Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points
- Familiar with beauty/skincare trends and product usage
- Comfortable being on camera (for hosting livestreams, reels, or TikTok videos)
- Hands-on experience with influencer marketing or KOL management

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to build and grow our brand presence across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for content creation, campaign planning, and community engagement, playing a key role in shaping how Chando connects with Malaysian consumers online.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, etc.)
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including captions, videos, reels, and live sessions
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in visual and written content
- Monitor trends, user-generated content, and competitors to identify opportunities for engagement
- Manage day-to-day posting, replies, DMs, and comments to build and nurture community relationships
- Support influencer/creator outreach, collaborations, and social media campaigns
- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare monthly performance reports
- Participate in product launches and events, generating live coverage or behind-the-scenes content
