Kelayakan
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in reading and writing in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with the China office)
- Proficiency in Hokkien is an added advantage
- Basic computer literacy (MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
- Strong Teamwork and Communication Skills
- Disciplined, mature, and able to work independently
- Willing to work at One City, Subang Jaya
Tanggungjawab
- Handle sales administration and support, including providing administrative and coordination support to customers, sales personnel, and managers (e.g., updating sales team document progress/status, performance, and delivery status)
- Generate sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
- Organize credit insurance-related documents
- Coordinate with logistics companies to ensure on-time delivery of goods (both land and sea freight)
- Process, record, and report relevant information accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage and ensure proper filing of standard documents
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
