Kelayakan
- A Diploma or higher qualification in any field (fresh grads welcome if you’re a great communicator!)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong command of Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Friendly, responsible, and patient with great interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis
- Experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus – but not required!

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage patient bookings, registrations, and payment transactions.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth, seamless service for our patients.
- Guide patients through our centre and services to create a welcoming and stress-free experience.
- Make invitation and follow-up calls to both new and returning customers to encourage ongoing engagement.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
