Kelayakan
- Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Marine Biology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Language required: English & Mandarin
- Required skills: Sales, Market Research, Negotiation, Communication, Business Acumen
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the aquaculture industry.
- Strong understanding of the aquaculture market, including farming practices, supply chain, and regulatory landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Tanggungjawab
- Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aquaculture sector, including feed, farming systems, technology, and services.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and revenue in target regions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and government/regulatory bodies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies and product development.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and technical teams to align product offerings with market needs.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and its offerings.
- Provide regular reports on performance, market trends, and opportunities to senior management.
