Kelayakan
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data administration and document management.
- At least 1 year in a Human Resources-related role.
- Preferred background in HR data handling, HR administrative tasks, or relevant coursework.
- Must possess excellent English and Vietnamese communication skills – both verbal and written.

- Employee Data Management - Maintain and accurately update employee records while ensuring strict confidentiality.
- Case Handling - Manage and resolve employee inquiries through CRM tools such as ServiceNow or Zendesk.
- HR Documentation - Coordinate HR workflows and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration = Work closely with internal departments to enhance HR processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Administrative Support - Assist the People Operations team with a range of HR administrative tasks.
