Kelayakan
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong network of contacts in retail and wholesale markets is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales CRM software
Tanggungjawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the wholesale and trading sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, resellers, and bulk buyers
- Promote a wide range of general trade products to prospective and existing clients
- Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms in alignment with company policies
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, orders, and customer interactions
