Tanggungjawab
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on Facebook, WhatsApp, and other channels promptly.
- Print and manage reports and work schedules as needed.
- Address calls, return missed calls, and provide necessary information to clients.
- Prioritize urgent messages and inquiries from clients and other critical cases.
- Allocate inquiries to respective team members as required.
- Monitor and update site inspectors' schedules for efficient site inspections.
- Coordinate with team leaders and arrange site inspections for clients.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer inquiries in the system.
- Cross-check reports before forwarding them to the group.
- Monitor and assess the performance of team members and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Maintain records of clients in need of site inspections in different states and coordinate with the team for arrangements.
- Compile and share reports with the team on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Provide backup support to team members when required.
- Actively listen to feedback from clients and site supervisors to improve service delivery.
- Assist walk-in customers, gather relevant information, and promptly address their queries.
