Kelayakan
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Candidate possesses at least a Certificate / Diploma or above
- Proven experience in live streaming, sales, or content creation.
- Excellent verbal communication and on-camera presentation skills.
- Knowledge of TikTok and Shopee live streaming tools.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- Work hours : 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Tanggungjawab
Live Streaming:
- Host interactive live streaming sessions to promote products, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Engage viewers through compelling storytelling, demonstrations, and Q&A sessions.
- Utilize trending content, challenges, and hashtags to maximize reach and engagement.
Content Creation:
- Plan and script live streaming content, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and product displays.
- Edit and repurpose live stream content for use across other social media channels.
Customer Interaction:
- Respond to live chat inquiries, addressing viewer questions and comments in real-time.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promote a positive brand image.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze live stream metrics, including viewership, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing future live streams.
Technical Setup:
- Manage technical aspects of the live stream, including camera, lighting, and audio setup.
- Troubleshoot connectivity or technical issues promptly.
