Kelayakan
- Diploma/Degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or related fields (or equivalent work experience).
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in live streaming, marketing, e-commerce, or sales are encouraged to apply.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Passion for the e-commerce live-streaming industry with a desire for long-term career growth.
- Outgoing personality, quick thinking, strong communication skills, and adaptability.
- Responsible, enthusiastic, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong teamwork spirit and independent problem-solving skills.
Tanggungjawab
- Prepare live-stream setups (equipment, product placement, studio layout, OBS, promotions, etc.).
- Assist hosts during live sessions by managing the console (pinning products, handling inventory, moderating comments).
- Engage with viewers, reply to comments, and maintain a lively broadcast atmosphere.
- Monitor data changes and provide real-time prompts to hosts.
- Troubleshoot technical issues (device/network failures) during live sessions.
- Record key performance data and assist in post-live reviews with the team.
