Kelayakan
- Around 2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or digital content (agency experience is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Tools.
- Proficient writing skills in English (Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus).
- Familiar with social media marketing (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc).
- Interest in festive culture, packaging, design, or branding.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
Tanggungjawab
- Conduct light research on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences.
- Support client communication for marketing-related materials and campaign rollouts.
- Support branding initiatives and seasonal campaign rollouts (CNY, Raya, Deepavali, etc.).
- Coordinate the development of marketing decks, product brochures, and client pitch materials.
- Ensure brand voice and visual identity are consistent across all platforms.
- Create social media content (captions, graphics, videos, reels, carousels) aligned with campaign goals.
- Write compelling copy for products, festive campaigns, and client-facing materials.
- Work with designers, photographers, and freelancers to develop strong visual storytelling.
- Manage day-to-day social media posting and scheduling (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Track and analyze performance of social campaigns (reach, engagement, CTR).
- Coordinate EDMs and maintain mailing list for client updates and festive greetings.
- Maintain seasonal marketing calendar and campaign timelines.
- Support content planning meetings and ensure deadlines are met.
- Help organize brand photoshoots or promotional video productions.
