Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/Diploma/"A" Level/Pre-U in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Required Skill(s): MS Office, MS Word & Excel, POS Terminal, TMS, basic programming tools
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
- Possess at least a basic of programming knowledge and able to liaise with programmer and test engineer
- Willing to work extra hours during projection implementation
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for software testing, software injection, configuration, installation and TMS entry for POS Terminal
- Perform internal hardware / software testing prior to POS Terminal roll out
- To conduct software QC check before shipment.
- Responds to field engineer problems / issues related to hardware and software via call and email
- Focuses on delivering a positive in-house experience according to company standard of service level
- Require to attend ad-hoc on site for installation
- Documentation, office operation, reporting skill (Microsoft word and excel), and data entry
