1) Infrastructure Management:
- Maintain ICT infrastructure systems, including servers, storage, networks, and data centers.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot servers, networks, storage issues and implement necessary solutions.
- Ensure ICT plan i.e. planned preventive maintenance are performed as per schedule.
2) Network Administration:
- Maintain LAN, WAN, and VPN connections.
- Troubleshoot network issues and implement necessary solutions.
- Ensure network security and compliance with standards.
3) System Administration:
- Manage and support operating systems (Windows, Linux) and applications.
- Perform regular updates, patches, and backups.
- Ensure disaster recovery plans are tested and functional.
4) Security:
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
- Address security incidents and ensure data protection, i.e., update security patches as and when required.
5) Collaboration and Support:
- Work with internal ICT and vendors to align IT infrastructure with organizational goals.
- Provide technical support and resolve escalated IT issues.
- Document processes, configurations, and incident reports.
