-Preferably able to converse in all 3 languages due to enquiries that will be received from customers.
• Those currently undergoing business admin.
• Able to work for at least 3 months.
• Currently enrolled in a Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant field.
Tanggungjawab
• Provide administrative support such as, receiving and recording company inquiry emails, and forward to the sales person. Following routine, assist salesman to send out quotation, tax invoice, proforma Inv and others;
• Handle Whatsapp inquiry and forward to Sales Personnel and prepare weekly inquiry report to management;
• Maintain Cleanliness and tidiness of office in general;
• Support general service for photostat machine, fax and etc;
• Undertake other related jobs as directed by superior from time to time
