Admin Intern (Internship Opportunity)

Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 6:00pm
Intern Allowance: RM800 – RM1,000/month
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Intern to support our daily administrative and sales operations. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic office environment, ideal for candidates looking to build a career in administration or business operations.
What You'll Learn & Do:
• Perform data entry tasks accurately in spreadsheets and internal systems
• Organize and maintain proper filing of documents
• Assist in preparing sales quotations and purchase orders• Verify accuracy of orders, invoices, and quotations
• Generate invoices using OBM System
• Liaise with clients to gather missing information and respond to inquiries
• Maintain up-to-date sales records in Microsoft Excel
• Prepare and update Customer Information Forms (CIF), including upgrade or termination requests
• Support internal teams by communicating customer feedback
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
