What You'll Be Doing
Keeping Stores Running Like Clockwork
- Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with store teams to tackle issues, support staffing needs, and maintain excellent service standards.
Tracking the Numbers That Matter
- Monitor sales and stock levels across stores, identify trends, and propose strategies to hit (or exceed!) targets.
- Work closely with the inventory team to make sure shelves are stocked and ready to sell.
Making Stores Look Amazing
- Ensure top-notch visual merchandising—from clean displays to effective promotional signage.
- Partner with the marketing team to roll out fun and effective in-store campaigns.
Creating Great Customer Moments
- Support the implementation of high customer service standards (think: happy, helpful, and memorable experiences).
- Help manage escalated customer issues across both physical stores and platforms like WhatsApp.
Staying On Top of the Cash Game
- Ensure strong cash handling procedures and accurate reporting.
- Work with the finance team on reconciliations and audits.
Supporting Growth and New Store Launches
- Be part of exciting new store openings—from scouting spots to supporting launch-day logistics.
- Coordinate with various teams to get new locations up and running without a hitch
