Pantai Bharu is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Intern to assist with market research, sales initiatives, and customer engagement. This internship provides hands-on experience in the automotive industry, helping interns develop essential skills in business strategy, lead generation, and sales operations.  

 

Key Qualifications & Skills:  

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and business growth strategies.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes, market research, or digital marketing is a plus.

Tanggungjawab

Business Development & Market Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Assist in competitive analysis, pricing strategies, and business insights.
  • Support strategic initiatives to enhance Pantai Bharu’s market positioning.

     

    Sales & Customer Engagement* 

    • Assist sales advisors in handling customer inquiries and lead follow-ups.
    • Participate in product presentations and showroom visits with potential buyers.
    • Help generate new leads through outreach campaigns and digital marketing.
    • Support documentation and financing discussions under sales advisors’ supervision.

       

      Marketing & Brand Expansion

      • Collaborate with the marketing team on social media engagement and promotional efforts.
      • Provide insights on digital content strategies to attract more customers.
      • Contribute to customer experience improvements through feedback collection and analysis.
