JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• To handle and follow up after sales service and customer satisfaction as required
• To manage, develop and retains group of sales/marketing team
• Ensure the marketing strategies and plan are execute effectively and efficiently
• Communicate with the clients to identify their product requirement and facilitate supply
• Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities and target markets for product and services
• Ensure compliance with customer service standards and proper customer relationship management
