Kelayakan
- Minimum education is Degree in any related field.
- Able to converse in Mandarin..
- Proficient in computer operations and office software.
- Strong planning, analytical, data processing, documentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Training in IATF 16949, material management, and production operations preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production management knowledge.
- Understanding of manufacturing workflows and production systems.
- Excellent business English proficiency for communication and documentation.
Tanggungjawab
- Establish and optimize procurement, warehousing, manufacturing, packaging, and logistics management processes to ensure product quality, delivery timelines, and costs meet standards.
- Monitor production processes and capacity in real-time, coordinating production schedules.
- Oversee daily updates of production reports, including shipment summaries, output reports, and logistics status.
- Review material demand plans, and supervise procurement activities.
- Develop and maintain a warehouse management system to ensure inventory accuracy and improve material turnover rates.
- Promote and uphold the company’s strategic directives related to operations.
- Manage team tasks, provide guidance, and conduct skills training for department staff.
- Refine department policies, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure the completion of production orders, procurement, warehousing, and shipments.
