Kelayakan
- Candidate shall possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Culinary or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in the manufacturing industry; experience in food production is preferred.
- Able to work independently, prioritize and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel when necessary.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and proprietary information.
- Able to develop presentations, spreadsheets, and manage data - MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Tanggungjawab
- Support new product development from concept to mass production, including lab trials and production trials when required by department head.
- Develop recipes, formulations, and costings for innovation and renovation products / packaging.
- Prepare prototypes and assist with product application.
- Provide technical support to customers and potential customers.
- Support market research in strategic decision-making.
- Perform shelf-life studies, data analysis and maintain proper documentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales and Marketing, Production, QA/QC) to resolve technical issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure the hygiene and safety of Inno lab.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by the department head
