- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry
- Excellent knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and safety regulations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
- Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Tanggungjawab
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities on the construction site
- Ensure that all construction work is carried out in compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise on-site
- Monitor the progress of construction work and provide regular updates to the management team
- Conduct quality control inspections and implement corrective measures as needed
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and productivity
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior site engineers and construction workers
