Requirements & Qualifications :
1. Minimum 1 year of working experience as Purchasing / Shipping Clerk
2. Minimum qualification of SPM or Diploma.
3. Must able to communicate and write in English and Malays
4. Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
Tanggungjawab
Responsibilities:
1. Manage import, export, and customs declaration processes.
2. Track shipment status and arrival; coordinate with carriers and freight agents; follow up as necessary.
3. Communicate with SIRIM agents regarding inspection applications.
4. Work with consignees, forwarders, and freight agents to ensure all shipping documents are accurate and complete.
5. Update and maintain the weekly shipment schedule.
6. Collaborate with suppliers, forwarders, and internal departments to ensure efficient shipping operations.
7. Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms.
8. Create purchase orders (POs) and handle all system-related operations.
9. Provide general administrative support to the department.
10. Manage daily document filing and ensure all records are properly maintained.
11. Generate and review monthly reports on departmental activities
12. Demonstrate self-initiative and a proactive attitude in all tasks
