Kelayakan
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management or a related field.
Tanggungjawab
- To oversee all the Operation and Management of company.
- To manage all the Plan Preventive Maintenance (PPM) servicing during the Defect Liability Period.
- To assist the company on expanding business by participating an open tender.
- To manage all the appointment of external provider for the operations and maintenance.
- To plan and execute yearly planning for maintenance activities.
- To ensure all the company activity are comply with the requirement of local authority rules and regulations.
- To oversee all the performance of operations and management for company.
- To monitor service performance for all external providers.
- To verify a quotation from external provider regarding for repair works.
- Attend any meeting required by clients.
- To monitor all the operation reports to clients.
- To monitor all the monthly billing management for the external provider and clients.
- To monitor all the expenditure report for Management review.
- To verify all Request for Maintenance, Purchase Request and Purchase Order.
- Provide supports and commitment to the company quality management system (QMS) for its effectiveness.
- Identify and monitor risk and plan for any mitigation actions.
- Any other task assigned by Head of Department or Management team.
