Kelayakan
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in servicing industrial or electronic equipment.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in electronic circuits and mechanical systems.
- Hands-on experience with soldering, wiring, and assembly work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is a must.
Tanggungjawab
- Install, test, and commission electronic and industrial equipment at customer sites.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates at optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware and software.
- Repair and replace defective components and parts as necessary.
- Provide technical support and training to customers regarding equipment operation and maintenance.
- Maintain detailed service reports, documentation, and logs for each job performed.
- Coordinate with the sales and engineering teams to resolve customer concerns and provide feedback for product improvement.
- Adhere to safety standards and company procedures when handling equipment.
- Travel to customer locations for on-site service and support as required.
