Kelayakan
- Minimum SPM holder
- Fresh graduate / With or without experience is fine, most importantly is willingness to learn
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Able to speak Mandarin is an additional bonus!
- Willing to work on weekends, off on weekday (5.5 work days a week)
- Own transportation

Tanggungjawab
- Manage day-to-day operations in the clinic, which includes: Customer Service, receive phone calls, reply enquiries, arrange filing, billing, scheduling patients' appointments, admin work , basic cleaning
- Answer and proceed phone calls politely and warmly
- Welcome visitors warmly and cordially and answer any visitor inquiries
- Assist with Basic Social Media Posting (Additional bonus)
- Assist chiropractors & physiotherapists on daily tasks
- Handle necessary documentation related to patient files
