Caller Position
- Candidate must be able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia to qualify for caller position.
- The ability to communicate in other dialects is an advantage
- Possess strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers
- Excellent in Microsoft Office
- Training will be provided
Admin Clerk Position
- Excellent in Microsoft Office
- Training will be provided
Tanggungjawab
- To follow up with debtors on payments
- To attend incoming/outgoing calls
- Prepare letters of demand for non payment
- To ensure correct correspondence address
- Data entry
