Kelayakan

  • Possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources Management / Business Studies or any other related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Possess a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Good command of verbal and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and able to interact with all levels of employees.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic and tactful personality and positive working attitude
  • Computer literate.
  • Ability to multitask, work in fast paced, result oriented environment.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.

Tanggungjawab

  • To assist in general day-to-day administrative and human resource duties in the company.
  • To assist in the areas of staffing, training and development, and coordinate on-job training program, employee and industrial relations, and general services.
  • To liaise with government departments, such as Labour Department, Socso, HRDF and etc.
  • Responsible for recruitment activities, advertisement and interviews
  • To ensure proper documentation, arrangement, report, filing records are consistent with the office procedures
  • Carry out routine administrative and documentation duties such as handle phone calls, generate various types of management reports, writing letters/memorandum, maintain efficient filing system for smooth retrieval process and etc.
  • Perform all office administrative tasks and meet all assigned deadlines as required.
  • Assist in implementing employee benefits program and ensure compliance with policy and procedure.
  • To assist in planning, developing and implementing HR strategies in line with the company's business goal
  • Application and renewal of licenses, insurance, government grant.
  • Monitor and follow up on office maintenance, equipment, utilities bills, renewal of company licenses, insurance, stationery usage and etc.
  • Handle business travel and hotel arrangements for the management and staffs.
  • Handle office correspondence (i.e. telephone, e-mail enquiries), organize internal meeting, issuing memo and taking minutes.
  • General HR duties – issue employment letter, company handbook, staff discipline
  • Verify and process monthly payroll (basic wages, allowance, OT, other claims, leave and attendance, medical claims) and related statutory payment submissions.
