Core Requirements (Must-Have)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, preferably with D2C or e-commerce brands
- Proven ability to create short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Carousels) that drives engagement and action
- Strong grasp of social media strategy, content planning, and platform algorithms (especially IG & TikTok)
- Demonstrated success in driving external traffic to Amazon listings or product pages
- Experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing micro-influencer or UGC creator collaborations
- Required skills: Content Creation, Social Media Management, Analytics, Copywriting
- Solid copywriting skills—able to craft compelling, on-brand captions and hooks
- Able to track and report on content performance (CTR, engagement rate, saves, shares, traffic uplift)
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of managing a content calendar and deadlines independently
- Strong communication skills in English (written)
- Proactive, creative thinker with a “test, learn, and optimize” mindset
Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience with Amazon brand-building or Amazon-native content strategy
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut, or other content productivity tools
- Graphic design experience using Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools
- Experience working with creator platforms (e.g., Collabstr, Upfluence, Modash)
- Ability to edit short-form videos, reels, or simple UGC-style product showcases
- Knowledge of performance marketing concepts and traffic funnel strategy (even at a basic level)

️ Job Responsibilities – Social Media Marketing Manager
- Plan and manage a content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, and Pinterest
- Create engaging short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Carousels) that tells our product story and drives traffic to Amazon
- Work closely with our Amazon team to support product launches, promotions, and listing visibility
- Find and collaborate with micro-influencers and UGC creators to produce content and grow brand awareness
- Track content performance (engagement, clicks, saves, Amazon traffic) and improve results over time
- Stay updated on trends and suggest creative ideas that could go viral
- Take full ownership of social media strategy, from planning to posting to reporting
