Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (advantage to deal with Expatriate from Taiwan)
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Salary will depend on the post and experience
Tanggungjawab
- Responsibility & authority for overall quality system in Human Resources and Administration Department.
- Responsibility & authority to conducting orientation programs and training needs for employees.
- Responsibility & authority salary, compensation and benefit control which include appraisal, wage/benefit and all legal matters.
- Responsibility & authority to provide advice and guidance to top management and other HOD on all government policies, affairs and requirements.
- Responsible for general welfare and health of employees.
- Responsible to liaise with all government department, local authorities and agencies.
- Conversant with Employment Act and Industrial Relation Act.
- Responsible & authority to undertake any tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
