Kelayakan
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in an early childhood education setting will be an added advantage.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and a high level of patience.
- Enthusiasm for teaching a creative curriculum and developing imaginative lesson plans.
- A positive attitude and flexible approach to work.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Tanggungjawab
- Develop and deliver engaging, curriculum-based lessons tailored to the developmental needs of young children.
- Manage the classroom environment effectively by maintaining structure, setting clear expectations, and promoting positive behavior.
- Supervise and guide children using Age-appropriate, positive discipline techniques in line with school policies.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and nurturing atmosphere through positive communication and interaction.
- Observe, assess, and document children’s developmental progress and learning milestones.
- Ensure all required reports and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized classroom that supports learning and development.
- Attend and contribute to staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the school management.
