Minimum Education:

- Able to work well with other housekeeping staff and communicate effectively with supervisors or guests when needed.
Basic Hygiene & Safety Knowledge:
- Understand and follow hygiene, chemical safety, and housekeeping procedures.

- Maintain a clean and presentable uniform and behave courteously in guest areas.

Tanggungjawab
1. Room Cleaning & Setup
Clean and organize guest or resident rooms, including changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities—often multitasking across several rooms within a time limit.
2. Bathroom Sanitization
Disinfect toilets, sinks, showers, and floors while ensuring supplies like toilet paper, soap, and towels are replenished—done while managing multiple rooms simultaneously.
3. Public Area Cleaning
Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, staircases, and elevators while switching between guest areas and back-of-house sections as needed.
4. Trash Collection & Disposal
Remove garbage from rooms and public areas, sort recyclables, and ensure waste is disposed of properly while continuing with other cleaning tasks.
5. Laundry & Linen Management
Collect, sort, and send used linens to laundry; fold and store clean linens while performing other housekeeping duties.
6. Furniture & Fixture Care
Dust, polish, and inspect furniture and appliances for damage while simultaneously reporting issues and continuing routine cleaning.
7. Supply Replenishment & Inventory
Restock cleaning trolleys and supply closets while monitoring usage and informing supervisors of low stock levels.
8. Outdoor & Utility Area Cleaning
Clean external areas like walkways or loading bays while coordinating with indoor cleaning duties.
9. Guest Service Support
Deliver requested items (e.g., towels, toiletries, drinking water) to rooms while continuing daily cleaning rounds efficiently.
10. Task Coordination & Multitasking
Handle multiple assigned tasks at once, prioritize duties based on urgency, and adapt to sudden changes in the work schedule or guest needs.
Manfaat
Basic Salary:RM1,700 per month
Service Points / Incentive:Eligible for service points or additional incentives after contract period is completed
EPF & SOCSO Contributions:Provided in accordance with Malaysian labour law (Employees Provident Fund & Social Security)
