Kelayakan
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic knowledge about E-invoice is a must.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with local tax regulations and latest updates
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Tanggungjawab
Accounting Duties:
- Handle daily data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations.
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and petty cash.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
- Assist in E-Invoices and audit preparations.
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers for payment follow-ups.
- Other ad-hoc tasks that help to smoothen accounting and finance
