Kelayakan
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a strong foundation for understanding marketing principles and business strategies.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, showcasing a proven track record of achieving targets and contributing to business growth.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Exhibit proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising, to effectively promote PJA Gadget's products and services in the digital landscape.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, analyze competitor activities, and understand customer preferences, enabling data-driven decision-making and the development of effective marketing strategies.
- Develop engaging and informative content across various platforms, including website content, blog posts, social media updates, and marketing collateral, to enhance brand awareness and attract potential customers.
- Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with PJA Gadget's business objectives, ensuring effective resource allocation and optimal marketing campaign performance.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights into key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement, to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
- Possess excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to facilitate business communication and collaboration.
