Requirements:
1. Language Proficiency:
o Fluent in Mandarin, Malay, and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Educational Background:
o Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3. Work Experience:
o Minimum of 2 years of relevant finance experience. Familiarity with Malaysian financial regulations and tax policies is a plus.
4. Technical Skills:
o Proficient in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
o Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
o Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. Other Requirements:
o Responsible, diligent, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
o Strong professional ethics and a sense of confidentiality.
o Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours if required.

Job Description:
- Handle daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, invoice management, and reimbursement review.
- Prepare financial reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
- Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Liaise with banks, tax authorities, and other relevant institutions.
- Support audit activities to ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist superiors with other finance-related tasks as required.
