Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
- At least 2 - 5 years experience in related field preferably in manufacturing industries.
- Experience in EHS field and familiar with ISO14001 and ISO45001 requirements.
- Good knowledge in ESH Regulations specifically OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, FSA 1988, EQA 1974, etc.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Proficiency in Mandarin language will be an added advantage.
- Valid CePSWAM (Schedule Waste Competent Person) will be an added advantage
Tanggungjawab
- In-charge and initiate the company’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs and initiatives.
- Respond to, investigate, and report all workplace accidents or injuries; implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Review, propose, and update Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures in alignment with current regulations and best practices.
- Ensure understanding and compliance with 6S standards.
- Monitor and enforce safety measures to protect employee health and prevent environmental pollution.
- Prepare, maintain, and update all necessary EHS documentation and data.
- Monitor compliance with all relevant government EHS regulations and ensure full adherence.
- Train, supervise, and motivate employees to carry out their duties in a safe, responsible, and environmentally sound manner.
- Assist with other tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
- Conduct safety risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and environmental impact assessments.
- Manage scheduled waste inventories, DOE eSWiS monthly reports, and consignment notes.
- Liaise with DOSH, DOE, and Bomba officers during inspections and respond to inquiries.
- Provide EHS training to all levels of employees including operators, technicians, and engineers.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation such as SHO regulations, EQA (Scheduled Wastes) 2005, and EQA 1974.
- Perform additional duties as required by the EHS Manager.
