Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field will be an added advantage;
- Competent in using Microsoft Office and BCA Payroll System;
- Strong command in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
- An optimistic person and able to work under pressure/ stress.
- Possess own motor vehicle (car) and valid driving license
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day HR operations including Attendance & Payroll, Employee Engagement, Disciplinary & Grievances and Recruitment;
- Check and rectify employees’ attendance and overtime on daily basis;
- Responsible for payroll administration to ensure timeliness and accuracy;
- Plan and implement the overall recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, interviewing to hiring), including i) draft, prepare and post job announcements/advertisements; ii) timely review and short listing of job applicants; collaborate with department head in organizing and managing the interview and selection process; iv) follow up on candidate’s on-boarding and induction; v) Conduct exit interview for resigned employees; vi) Prepare monthly recruitment and turnover report; and vii) Review and revise job descriptions as deemed necessary;
- Prepare HR Letters (Including letter of appointment, confirmation, increment, promotion, disciplinary and etc.), as assigned by superior;
- Ensure all employees’ information and personal file is up to date from time to time;
- Maintain efficient filing and archival system in accordance to 5S concept.
