Kelayakan

  • Achieve at least Diploma in Human Resource or related field.
  • Possess a minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, to manage HR data and processes efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating strong self-discipline, time management, and organizational skills to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and minimizing legal risks for the company.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Tanggungjawab

  • Oversee and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring alignment with Agensi Pekerjaan Amforce's standards and client expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead the performance management process, including setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance employee performance and engagement.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with Malaysian labor laws and industry best practices, ensuring consistent application and effective communication across the organization.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee records, processing HR-related documents, and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Utilize strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively interact with employees, clients, and stakeholders, facilitating clear and concise communication across diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
