Kelayakan

  • Fresh grads welcome, with preference for candidates with at least 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer-facing roles.
  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma
  • Strong in Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Mandarin language proficiencies are a bonus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • 2+ years in telesales, inside sales, or telemarketing will be prioritized.
  • Proven desk work proficiency: Comfort with 8-hour desk shifts, multitasking between calls, data entry, and digital tools.

Tech Savviness:

  • CRM software (e.g., Zoho).
  • Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets for tracking).
  • Administrative Competence: Fast typing (45+ WPM), attention to detail, and experience with sales documentation.
  • Core Sales Traits: Persuasiveness, resilience to rejection, and goal-oriented mindset.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent phone/email etiquette.
  • Self-discipline to work independently at a desk.
  • Time management and prioritization.

Nice-to-Haves:

Tanggungjawab

Sales Execution:

  • Conduct 50+ outbound calls daily to prospects using provided scripts/tools.
  • Handle tenancy-related inquiries, calls, and texts efficiently while ensuring adherence to SOPs
  • Close sales, upsell/cross-sell products, and meet monthly quotas.
  • Handle objections and tailor pitches to customer needs.

Desk Work & Administration:

  • Accurately log call outcomes, update leads, and manage pipelines in CRM (e.g., Google Sheet, ZOHO).
  • Generate reports on sales metrics, lead status, and conversion rates.
  • Process orders, prepare sales documents, and coordinate with support teams via email/chat.

Customer Management:

  • Follow up on leads via email/phone and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Resolve basic customer inquiries and escalate complex issues.
  • Deliver meaningful value by helping landlords and tenants navigate tenancy with ease.

Compliance & Organization:

  • Adhere to telemarketing regulations (e.g., DNC lists, GDPR).
  • Maintain organized digital records of sales activities.
