Kelayakan
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, MIA) is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. AutoCount, QuickBooks, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and tax laws.
- Good analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadline
- Skills in Financial Reporting, Accounting Software, Budgeting
Tanggungjawab
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee general accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support month-end/year-end closing processes.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing full sets of accounts and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and accounting standards (e.g., SST, income tax).
- Manage audit processes and liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
- Monitor and control accounting procedures and systems.
- Ensure accurate and timely closing of accounts (month-end and year-end).
- Support management in financial analysis and decision-making.
- Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff if applicable.
