Kelayakan
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Mandarin and English.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to understand and translate client needs into design solutions..
- Goal-oriented, able to work under pressure to achieve sales targets.
- Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools) and Microsoft Office.
- Business-minded, proactive, and able to work independently with a results-driven attitude.
Tanggungjawab
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored interior design solutions.
- Work closely with the Interior Design Team to develop functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and quotations for clients.
- Conduct site visits and design consultations to offer professional advice.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth project execution from concept to completion.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
- Stay updated on market trends, materials, and design innovations to enhance sales strategies.
