We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Point Of Sale Material (POSM) Designer to join our growing printing company. You will be responsible for designing a range of POSM such as banners, posters, shelf talkers, product displays, etc., for retail and brand marketing clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or other related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Strong portfolio of POSM or retail/branding designs.
• Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Print Designer or in a similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of print design projects.
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience in creating printed materials such as POSM, packaging, acrylic, PVC rigid foamboard, and PVC board.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new design software and techniques.
• Familiarity with color calibration and technical printing standards.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take constructive feedback.
