Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration/ Secretarial or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 1 -2 years of working experience and Fresh graduated also encourage to apply.
- Need to be Multilingual (Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia ) –Verbal & Written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written communication.
- Pleasant personality, good attitude, independent and efficient.
- Skills Required: Time Management, Attention to Detail, Office Suite Proficiency and Communication Skills.
Tanggungjawab
- Managing day to day general admin matter and ensure alignment with company goals and objective.
- Handle routine and advance duties for other professional including organizing while preparing document and reports, manage to schedule appointment and other general staff support.
- Dealing with incoming mail, post often corresponding on behalf as instructed by the Director.
- Liaising with client, supplier and other colleagues.
- Any other duties as may assigned by time to time.
