Job Description

As we are strengthening our core business further thus, currently we have an opening position for a Repair Technician who is specialized in computer & smartphone repairing to join us and to be based in every region in Peninsular Malaysia.

What is the role about?

• You will be examining customers' digital devices (laptop, computer, smartphone) and identifying the cause of damage or malfunction
• You will be providing time estimates to customers and how much IT would cost to repair.
• You will be repairing or replacing defective or damaged components upon approval from customers.

Who are we looking for?

• Someone who has prior 1-year relevant working experience in computer repairing OR smartphone repairing.
• Someone who willing to travel & to be based in any branch offices.
