1. Team Management and Training: Lead the accounting team, assign tasks, set monthly/quarterly goals, and regularly organize business training and assessments to enhance the team’s professional capabilities.
2. Accounting Handling and Reconciliation: Review original vouchers, prepare accounting vouchers, and register general and subsidiary ledgers; regularly reconcile with banks and counterparties to promptly identify and adjust discrepancies.
3. Preparation and Analysis of Reports: Complete the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements on time, and write financial analysis reports and budget variance analyses.
4. Tax Management and Compliance: Lead the calculation and declaration of various taxes such as VAT and corporate income tax, follow up on feedback from tax authorities, organize annual tax settlements to reduce tax risks.
5. Internal Control and Audit Cooperation: Establish and improve accounting systems and internal control processes, cooperate with internal and external audits, and enhance audit working papers and reports to ensure compliance and controllable risks.
6. Cost Control and Budget Management: Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and supervision of its execution, regularly conduct cost analysis, and propose cost optimization suggestions to support business decision-making.
7. System Maintenance and Process Optimization: Proficiently use ERP systems such as UFIDA, Kingdee, and SAP, promote the digital transformation of accounting, and optimize reporting processes to improve work efficiency.
