Kelayakan
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical or related fields).
- Passion for technology, innovation within battery manufacturing industry.
- Required skills: Engineering, Product Development, Problem-Solving, Agile Methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in engineering software and tools, and a solid understanding of battery technology and manufacturing processes.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office application.Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proficient in Mandarin will be an added advantage as there is a need to communicate with mandarin speaking clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Excellent teamwork and communications abilities.
- Possess own transport.Applicants must be willing to work in our Factory in Shah Alam, Selangor.
- Fresh graduates with highly self-motivation are encouraged to apply.
Tanggungjawab
- Develop new battery products and enhancement to existing products.
- Address technical challenges and implement innovative solutions to improve battery performance and efficiency.
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure products meet industry standards and to meet customer expectation.
- Work closely with R&D, production, quality assurance and other relevant department to ensure product integration before mass productions.
- Prepare detailed technical document, product specification, report and presentation.
- Work together with team members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality, environmental and safety standards.
- Participate company improvement projects and initiatives in all areas.
- To undertake any assigned tasks or projects from time to time.
