Kelayakan
- Min. education requirement: Degree
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in related field.
- Must know speak and write Mandarin
- Aggressive and committed to work.
- Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
Tanggungjawab
- Handle day to day operation for accounts receivable, accounts payable etc
- Prepare cashflow, payroll, tax computation, tax review, budgeting, fixed asset schedule, audit schedule, billing & revenue report, management report, SST etc
- Accounts receivable and credit control- coordinate and manage the collection of receivables based on agreed terms of trade
- Cash flow forecasting-prepare cash flow forecast based on projected
- Vendor payment (including capex payment) and customer cash collection
- Budgeting/Planning- coordinate preparation of annual budget and assist with strategic planning
- Month end activities- prepare month end entries to enable full set of financial statements is P&L, Balance sheet and cash flow to be drawn up, including accrual for all expenses and assets incurred/received during the period but not yet invoiced. Reconcile balance sheet accounts including sub-ledger against General Ledger balance
- Statutory audit- coordinate annual audit for local statutory reporting
- Cost control- control cost and improve profitability of business
- Compliance- ensure appropriate control to safeguard assets and finance. Ensure company policies, system and process are adhered to
- Business development-prepare analysis and reports for business planning and decision making purpose
- Set up and implement accounting system
- Liase with auditors, tax agent, company secretary
- Ad- hoc duties assigned by management
