Kelayakan
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in IT and digital innovation roles, with a proven track record of successfully leading and implementing technology initiatives.
- Exhibit proficiency in latest industry technologies, marketing strategies, and automation techniques
- Familiar with WordPress will be an advantage
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of IT support principles and practices, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of IT support professionals. Experience in managing IT infrastructure and ensuring optimal system performance is essential.
- Demonstrate fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences is crucial.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for technology and a desire to grow in the field.
Tanggungjawab
- Manage landing pages and websites for events and digital campaigns.
- Set up and optimize server configurations for seamless performance.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues during events and launches.
- Research and implement digital workflows for events and campaigns.
- Prepare documentation for website and digital solution handovers, including user acceptance tests (UATs), guides, and timelines.
- Manage automation tools for electronic direct mail (EDM) campaigns.
- Set up and configure advanced EDM systems to automate email campaigns, ensuring personalized, targeted communications.
- Develop and fine-tune WhatsApp messaging solutions to ensure efficient, direct engagement and interaction with the leads
- Other duties as assigned by the head of department.
